Tapping the Glass came to us from his connections at Delaware Park- he had cracked a shin after his last race in September 2022 and had plenty of time off. Tap is very easy to handle and easy to ride. He doesn’t mind leaving his friends to come in the barn, and doesn’t mind when horses in the neighboring fields decide to play racehorse either. Tap is sound with no limitations- very easy to ride but NOTE! he does come out very short strided for the first few minutes- not sure why but he is getting better. Shoes might make this go away but he has a good foot and after a few turns in the ring he is fine.
Tap is a son of Tapiture, a son of Tapit, with Hennessy and Deputy Minister on the mares side. He won $84K in just 16 starts and is ready to move on to a new career! He would be fine for an amateur or young rider.
