Spicy Girl Red

Spicy is anything BUT spicy! This lovely mare has been such a gem- very quiet and sensible and a lovely mover. She has been totally trustworthy under saddle, even with riders with a little less confidence. She really dispels the “Chestnut Mare” myth. Her eye is always kind, she is happy to go to work and equally happy to hang out in the middle of the ring while others are riding.  This gal has so much to offer, and never takes advantage- instead just scales her pace to whatever her rider feels confident doing. She is barefoot and sound, but does crib.

All MAHR horses receive $200- towards lessons or training thanks to the ASPCA® On the Right Track Voucher program and can come to our series of all TB clinics here in MD for FREE. NOTE: Because of the shutdown due to the pandemic, we are only able to adopt horses remotely. A lot of people do buy or adopt horses sight unseen.  We want to make sure our horses and adopters are perfectly matched, and we stand behind our horses always, so you can adopt with confidence. Our vets are able to perform PPEs.
