Sorellina originally came to us from MD’s Beyond the Wire. She was adopted and had a successful career in eventing, dressage, and trail riding (she is a rock star on the trails!). She could always be a bit girthy from the time she first arrived from the track, but her adopter was able to work through it. Recently she has been reactive at times tacking up and mounting. Xrays showed a lesion in her back which the vet didn’t feel necessarily was the cause of her discomfort. Her adopter planned to keep her forever and continue to ride her but a personal situation predicated her return. To play it safe, we would rather place her as a companion.
All MAHR companion horses are up to date on vet, dental, and farrier work. We do transfer ownership and require a $1- fee and contract. They cannot be resold but must come back to MAHR in the event they are no longer needed. We will deliver them and pick them up.
