Mystery Man (Appendix?)

OOPS! Not a TB but a nice horse LOL

We were up at the kill pen picking up a bunch of horses, and this guy was the only one with a (very faded) tattoo left, so we added him to the load. Judging from his appearance, we are pretty sure he is a registered (racing) QH. He is very easy to ride in a snaffle or a hackamore, neck reins the best. HIs ground manners have needed some work, but he is much better. He does have a big knee- xrays showed some chips and arthritis- he is sound with no meds but is best suited as a trail horse or low level dressage. He may need some maintenance in the future.

Update- our mystery man was not too cooperative about picking up his hind feet for the farrier without tranq, so he is back with us- his adopter said he was awesome to ride but the farrier issue was a problem. She sadly had to return him.
