Impressive big gelding, great jumper

Danny retired from the track with earnings of over $100K in just 12 starts through Beyond the Wire. He had knee chips removed and was properly rehabbed and beautifully started by Scott Hammond, former trainer and top notch horseman, (and husband of BTW’s director Jessica.) Not long after Scott got him, he brought him to our MAHR All Thoroughbred Show where he got some good ribbons in hand.

Scott hadn’t gotten that much time to ride recently, and Jess needed a new horse after her  own horse retired, so we took Danny here and Jess adopted Lou’s Afire from us. Scott and Jessica were sad to see Danny leave but happy that he will have a great new career. Danny is a beautiful mover and like all Dances with Ravens, he is a talented brave jumper who knows where to put his feet. This guy is a solid old school type of thoroughbred who should excel in any career. We think he would be best suited for a older pony clubber or young adult rider who wants to move up the levels. We are looking for his forever home rather than someone wanting a sales prospect. Danny is a cribber. Barefoot and totally sound. Complete post track history too.
