First to Last

What a kind gentleman!

First to Last came to us from his connections at Delaware Park. Retired in October 2023, he had surgery to remove chips in his right knee and plenty of time to head. We just brought him in from the rehab farm and restarted him- video was first ride in almost TWO years after just arriving. This guy is so nice!

We did take new X-rays and he has some arthritis in that knee and some fragments in his lower joint- probably some calcifications that fragmented- so he is best suited for flat work and low jumping (think hunters 2-2’3″).

Beautiful mover, easy to ride and easy to work with in the barn. Barefoot and sound.
