Como Estas

Awesome fella~

Como Estas was donated by his racing connections- he had chips taken out of his knee by Dr Patty Hogan and then was given plenty of time to heal. We jut brought him into the main farm and restarted him and he was A-MAZ-ING. He stood like a champ at the block and walked, trotted and cantered perfectly both ways– after not being ridden for one year on the coldest and windiest day ever. (We have proof- watch the video!)

We had new X-rays taken and our vet said there is a slight touch of OA in the upper joint but he is cleared for any career. He flexes and jogs sound, and upper joints are usually very forgiving. In the future he might need some maintenance, but that is the case most ex-racehorses .

He is barefoot and sound and so very cool! Suitable for almost any rider.
