Lucky For Shore came to us from his connections at Delaware Park. In his last start on 9/28/22 he suffered a spiral fracture of his hind leg. Because of the type of fracture, vets recommended euthanasia, because with that kind of fracture if they lie down and get up they could easily displace the whole limb. He was not in any real pain though, and his connections wanted to give him a chance. We agreed if they kept him in the stall and remained stable until the meet ended in December we would take him on and finish his rehab. Lucky was the perfect patient and he came to us as agreed upon- we finished his stall rest and then turned him out at our rehab farm for a year. He is now fully healed and ready to go with no limitations. We do have X-rays.
He is an easy going guy with the cutest face and personality. Barefoot and sound, no vices.
